We use Australia Post & Sendle for our deliveries and a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can choose to have your gift box/baskets delivered either straight to the recipient or to your nominated postal address. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. While we can guarantee we will ship 1 - 3 days after your order is received in some cases it can take up to 10 days for delivery of your gift box/baskets for rural areas.

Currently, we only ship within Australia. 

We can provide guaranteed next day delivery service if required for an additional delivery fee, please get in touch to make special arrangements.

For all our local customers delivery is FREE. Orders must be received by 3pm the day prior. If you would like to have your gift delivered on a specific date please get in touch and we will do our best to make this happen.

What happens to a local delivery when the recipient is not home to receive it?

If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift basket will be left at the delivery location. We will notify you via our website when the gift has been delivered. Mint & Maven cannot be held liable for damage or theft of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.
